What are your shipping rates?

Our reactive steel targets are durable, which means they can be bulky and heavy.  When your order is accepted, we will provide you with shipping options, e.g. cost and delivery times.

How quickly do you ship?

For targets in inventory, we typically ship them 24-48 hours after we accept your order. If we need to make them, we will let you know how long this will take. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard service typically takes 7-10 business days to receive your package. Please not that transit times do not include order processing time and actual delivery times may be a business day or more longer.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail including the tracking information when your order ships. We will also include an order tracking number on your order information page in your Account. To track the package, click directly on the tracking number. This will take you to the carrier’s website to track the order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Although we ship primarily to Canada and the United States, we can ship our targets almost anywhere.

I haven’t received my order – what should I do?

If your order is a few days late – don’t panic. Sometimes the carriers experience delays, particularly during the busy holiday season. Also, it may take a business day or two to process your order, particularly if you placed your order on a weekend or during a holiday when the carrier’s offices are closed. If you’re still concerned, then please check with your local carrier’s office. Sometimes the carrier will not deliver an order if he or she feels it cannot be left safely at its destination or if a signature could not be obtained for orders that require signature confirmation. The carrier will leave a notice on your door so that you know the order is waiting for you at your local carrier’s office, but it may have fallen off by the time you get home. RETURNS

Can I return the product that I received?

Eligible product may be returned in original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer, whichever is later, less shipping and handling. To return Product purchased over the internet, via the phone or by facsimile, Buyer must email maury@sureshotsteel.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA is required to return Product. Customers who exchange products that are found to be defective will receive a credit for original shipping charges.

Products that cannot be returned at any time include, but are not limited to: items that have been damaged, used, are missing packaging or accessories, or are otherwise not in new sellable condition. Seller reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

If you return a Product that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, Seller may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the Product.
